The participant accepts the Terms and Conditions, as well as any rules attached to any of the courses enrolled for, by signing these Terms and Conditions. |

It is the responsibility of the participant to avail himself/herself of the requirements for each course enrolled for, |

The participant guarantess that:
1) The information provided in the Application Form is both true and correct;
2) All additional documents provided are true and correct copies of the original;

The participant/company acknowledges that he/she takes responsibility for paying the full course fee on enrolment or registration and undertakes to pay the course fee according to the method of payment selected on the Application Form. |

The participant agrees that the address provided herein is his/her domicilium citandi et executandi and undertakes to notify The B Business of any changes of address in writing. |

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all required assignments reach The B Business no later than the due date specified for that assignment, where applicable. |

It is the responsibility of the participant to make himself/herself available for all assessment times and venues, if assessments are required. |
| 8. |
Registrations may only be cancelled within five (5) working days after registration. After five working days, NO cancellation will be accepted, and the full course fee will be due and payable. |

The participant's registration is subject to meeting entry requirements stipulated for the course. |
| 10. |
The participant must pay a non-refundable registration fee as set out in the course brochure. |

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. |

It is the responsibility of the participant to complete the course within the allocated time frame. |
| 13. |
Payment selected in the Application Form is due on the day of registration. All amounts payable are payable free of costs including bank costs and free of any setoff. |

The parties agree that The B Business may cede or assign the right contained herein at any time to any institution without the prior consent of the participant. |
